Archery.

Post by Nik »

I am currently looking into starting out in this pasttime. My son has been nagging me for quite some time to look into it as he is very interested in having a go. Evidently we have to do 12 hours of training (in 2 hour sessions) then we can join the national association which then means we are insured for shooting etc and then join a club of our choice. (preferably the club where we do our training.

The club which is the most local to us in Wimblington have just finished their training season and reccomended a club in Witchford that does training sessions all year round.

I was just wondering if anyone else on here has any experience of archery clubs etc and would have any advice on the subject.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D

You could always try The William Tell School of Archery if you want to involve your son Nik. How's your aim? :D
