2010 Safety equipment

Guys and gals

As this season draws to a close and 2010's new rules and regs rumble into view, I would like to start drawing together some plans for a decent group buy for us to take advantage of.

Personally, I'll need a new lid, a balaclava and some nomex undies and socks. I know there are a significant number of us that will need lids so I guess that this could be quite a good prospect. I'm equally aware that it may take some time to draw up, so why not start now

Safety is not always the first on our minds when it comes to going quickly on the strip, track or drift circuits so hopefully saving a few quid will help encourage a few of us to get on board.

I have already emailed two manufacturers and one wholesaler so let's gather some interest, get a discount and then get the order sorted.

I would be interested in 2 x sets of nomex undies. I bought 2 x Arai GP-5k helmets which are Snell SA 2005 (one for son Brad) last year from a kart shop in Ireland and saved around
