*Wheels stolen*

Post by steveVR6 »

A good mate of mine had his wheels pinched lastnight outside his house. The wheels had locking nuts but were still taken.

The car was in Attleborough Norfolk.

If anyone is offered some schmidt TH lines, sizes are 8x16 and 9x16 with 195/40 16 falkens please could you let me know.

These are some rare wheels in the VW scene and should be fairly easy to spot.

It does sit very low, you can't fit a standard trolley jack underneath. The car was left on pallets , but they damaged the sill and paintwork :x

Have a word with christian (APT) as his sister is still in the dub scene, although its the classic scene. You never know ,people hear things on the grape vine.

Peices of S##T!! Although, those wheels will not be easy to sell, as you said, they are VERY rare!! I would be on every forum of cars with the same lug pattern or commonly used offsets. Hope they find their way back home!

Sorry to bring back an old thread & i could be barking up the wrong tree , but a dark grey vw golf has near me has suddenly gaind a set of rims exactly the same as pictured above. The car and the owner dont look as if they could afford to buy this sort of rim via the normal mean if you know what i mean  . If anyone wants the address so they can come and have a nose about send me a PM. Like i said, i could be totaly wrong but it just seems odd to me. Hope this might help.

Cheers. Matt.
