Mine is BT and the server type POP3 if that helps

What is the error message?

Perhaps if you Google that (word for word) you can find the answer mate.

Scott it must be a problem with the provider - if you've changed nothing then I can't see why it would fail.

Are you Express, 2000, 2003?

Incoming mail (POP3): pop.orangehome.co.uk
Outgoing mail (SMTP): smtp.orangehome.co.uk
Account name: yourname.orangehome.co.uk
Password: YoUrPaSsWoRd (note case)

There is a very good guide on the orange.co.uk page that will talk you through checking the settings.
