Just heard Honda are to quit F1 :( Hope this is not going to escalate.
If Honda made a wheelie bin I'd buy one

This is not good news, not good at all, I reckon there will be other teams who will come out saying they want out now as well.

Feel sorry for the Honda workers, I know a few of hem, not what you want to hear just before Christmas.

How much is the dole?? Gulp...

In light of the global downturn, this unfortunately could be the start of an exodus across all levels of motorsport as sponsers decide to pull out. I think there will be another 2 teams who will consider their future committment.

I already started to receive CV's yesterday from some of the engineers there but right now i don't have jobs for all of them.

These guys are cream of the crop engineers though so they will all find jobs eventually no problem although some quicker than others unfortunately. I wish i could place them all.

It's a great shame all round and i feel sorry for JB especially. He signed for another year and in reality it means bugger all because now it's likely he'll lose his job too, and i very much doubt anyone will buy the team.

Anyone have a job for JB??...I'm sure he doesn't need the money though :D
Buggers cancelled my op just a couple of days before it was due. Inconsiderate barstewards!!

Waiting now for another execution date!!:headhack:

That's seriously bad news. I fully expected Honda to be championship contenders before too long. What a bummer and presumably, we can't even blame Gordon Brown this time. :(

Can blame the poison dwarf though.

Bad news for the team...... although perhaps Dave Richards will step in and buy an off the shelf F1 team and one that he is very familiar with rather than setting up his own like he was going to do last year :-k
