has anybody had any experiance of this? if so was it worth while or just a lot of money wasted. your insight would be much appreciated. pm if you would prefere.

Mid Life Crisis mate ???
I have had some of this in the past and it only really works if you can get your head around beleiving in yourself and have the resolve to MAKE things work for yourself .
I personally like this type of thing but its not for everyone and most would prob see it as load of old tosh as its all based around self beleif and getting yourself where you want to be.
Not really worked too well for me but does give you a way of controlling patience and anger etc
