Hi fellas

Continuing our link-up with your site, we would like to invite you to our next event :thumb:

We are running a trackday on the international Circuit at Oulton on Nov 18. It will be open pitlane with limited numbers to ensure plenty of tracktime and we will be including free instruction for those who want it 8) .

The list price for the day is

Do you have any restrictions on tyres Steve? Might have some tarmac rally tyres by then, slotted-design, not road approved (arriving on road wheels/tyres which I'll use if it's wet).

That'll be fine, but we're planning a dry day, hope that's ok :-D

Steve - apologies, I think I'm going to have to pull out of this one now. The car needs work to keep temperatures under control on a trackday session. All stuff that's planned for this winter, but I can't get it done in time for Oulton.

We had a great day on Tuesday, our main priorities on an event like this are are a smooth running day with no queues, a friendly atmosphere and plenty of tracktime - I think that we hit most of the marks on this one!

It was a bit lively in the morning when people hadn't realised quite how much we meant it when we said it would be slippy at druids :o but as everyone settled in and the line dried out the day just got better and better.

We had a nice variety of kit there...........

I got a few laps in my Pug in the afternoon and thought that everyone seemed very courteous in allowing overtaking etc which I'm sure made the day better for everyone.

We are aiming to do more events next year with the same aims of reasonable cost, friendly atmosphere and maximum tracktime so hopefully we'll tempt a few Big Power members away from Snett for an event or two :-D .

Sounds great Steve

I know there are more than a few of us eager to try events further afield. I'll make sure I'm one of them.

Still haven't 'done' Croft, Knockhill, Oulton or Mallory, Castle Combe or Thruxton. Loads to tick off next year :)

We are hoping to run at Cadwell, Mallory, Croft and Oulton next year if the numbers stack up ok, plus run a few more driftdays at Oulton so I'll keep in touch with how things are progressing 8)
