A woman I work with is related to Shaun Taylor - she mentioned that they're looking for people interested in driving in brit car ... couple of grand for the drive .. but ...

Nice guy, met him through Norfolk Chamber of Commerse.
Sounds like fun if you have a few grand spare. Oh and you need to be able to rive pretty well too i suppose.

Ben do you know what type of person/persons they are looking for, ie racing experience etc?

You'll need a race licence for starters. Some pay drives require a National A as a minimum. If you sort a ride you'd enjoy it Logan.

Yeh, would need my ARDS, then if its National A I need 5 National B events to do first.....might call them to see what the score is tho, just out of interest.

Once you've got it you've got it forever though, renewed mine after being off the scene for 5 years this year, just had to retake my theory exam. I wonder what the score is for the 24hr race?

Yep, fair point, tis not an issue getting the licence, was just whether I need 5 races doing something else first to be able to do this, saying that they probbaly would even consider me due to lack of actual race experience!

Maybe I could use my Sprinting skills to qualify them!
