Thanks for the heads up Andy

Certainly makes the Simpson exhaust that Frayz has, look like a good investment.

Jesus, my car runs a totally stock engine AND exhaust with cat still in place and was recorded at 95db at Cadwell earlier this year. That was without the bung though so i will leave it in for Bedford in February and see if it makes any difference to the level.

I hope UK tracks don't get too much more stringent aswell or soon standard kit won't be able to be used on track. (Oulton was 98db ealier this year). Mind you, if i moved near to a race track i'd want to complain about the noise all the time too.....NOT! :?

MM intersting thats pretty much every Evo with aftermarket exhaust over the limit.
My Blitz would strugle with the bung in i think not that i am going to the ring in the near future!

Mine is 87 dB static :D :D makes a bit of a racket on boost now tho, so I wonder if I would set off the drive past sensors :?

On your old engine and old turbo. As Blacky mentioned, it wouldn't be the static testing that I would be worried about :wave2:
