Great news and A55 !

Post by RPS13 »

2 bits of great news:

1 - I have just got my confirmed entry and paid up for next years British Drift Championship (dates included below for anyone interested)

2 - I got to pick my own race number, and the school boy in me couldn't resist the chance to get "A55". As long as I stay in the Amateur championship then I get the A prefix and can amuse myself with all sorts of childish humor of having naughty words on the side of my car. I blame Top Gear on Sunday for the idea. I also have a good excuse for not getting into the Pro class too soon :-D

2008 BDC Dates:

29 March, Teesside Autodrome, Middlesborough.
26 April, Llandow, Wales.
31 May, Norfolk Arena, Kings Lynn.
21 June, Teesside Autodrome, Middlesborough.
19 July, Lydd International Raceway, Kent.
23 August, Stowe circuit, Silverstone.

next practice - next monday at silverstone.

Well done Rob :thumb:

Nice to see your teenage sense of humour is still alive and well. Mr Bladerider and I were discussing similarly silly private plate options a while ago......such fun :D

A shame some of those rounds couldn't be any further away! Teeside and Llandow :o

If you want to use the trailer next year, we need to compare notes mate. The diary will be pretty chocker at this rate.
