You might be noticing a pattern here...
For sale, the fastest thing I've ever been in/on near a track - my ex-Matt Llewellyn Superstock bike
'How fast is it *really*, James?' Around 1.08 at Snetterton fast. And that's *bloody* fast.
Suzuki GSXR1000 K2/3 for sale
Built as race bike from scratch in early 2003 by Jack Valentine at V&M Racing for Matt Llewellyn to race on in 2003 BSB Superstock. Good results, including race win at Snetterton doing around 1.08s, I believe. You can look it up on the web...
As good a superstock spec as you will ever see:
Ohlins fully adjustable (low speed & high speed rebound, compression etc.) rear shock
Ohlins front fork kit, setup by K-Tech
Crescent Suzuki rearsets and clipons
Crescent Suzuki car filler
Full Arrows Titanium exhaust system
Onboard laptimer
Jack Valentine full engine blueprint - 162rwbhp (around 185 at the crank). And this is real horsepower on a decently calibrated dyno, not some fairytale.
Bought by me in late 2004, and never raced. I did around 6 trackdays on it in 2005, and didn't use it at all last year.
It's just been refreshed, with a service and a complete new set of fairings, including seat.
Comes complete with:
Wets on Wheels
Spare rear wheel
Main wheels have Michelin slicks currently Full set of sprockets Spare chain Spare rear sets Spare exhaust mid pipe Lots of other assorted spares.
It's a very reliable, very well sorted national level superstock bike - but having not ridden it for nearly 2 years, I simply can't justify keeping it. Offers welcome, but don't be too silly, eh? New fairings are in white, but I can probably get them sprayed any other colour.

It is fucking cheap for something that good. You can buy something quicker, but realistically you are looking at 8-12 grands worth of tuned 3 year old superbike.Bladerider wrote:Holy fcuk that seems cheap !!!

Basically it's got the nicest stuff money can buy, that keeps it within the superstock rules - FV Tuning are the next best thing to Ten Kate, and all the extras (Harris bits, full Arrows, Full Ohlins) is the best stuff money can buy. It's got around 185bhp at the crank (dynoed at 162rwbhp) and will pull your face off. The only thing that I've ridden that was quicker was a 20 grand fully tuned national endurance spec ZX10.
It's probably worth closer to 4 grand, but I need to sell it fast - my TVR engine rebuild was completed today.
