Buying tube and fittings and boxes like jetex costs way to much, will sort out a list of parts I need

guess would be:-
4/6 flanges
3m of 2 1/2 bore pipe, or 2m tube and 1m up over axle
1 centre box, thin and long!
1 back box

any one know if scoobs use 2 1/2 bore exhaust standard or sti?

Just measured a std., classic, centre section o/d. Just under 2 1/2" at 2 3/8" or 60mm. so bore is prob. 2 1/4"

Ian,
All exhaust sizes are in OD. When people like Mongoose etc state 2 1/2" etc that is the OD so the ID is around 1/8" less as Gerry suggests.
Can do all that in 2 1/2" OD and will do you a BP deal.
All pipework is high quality aluminised steel and boxes are black heat resistance powder coated (similar to Jetex)
3 1/2" OD 16" long bullit box at
