Ordered some kit from the BigPower shop last night..........

..........but I still haven't received any form of electronic confirmation of my order. Is this normal? I entered in all my card details, clicked to confirm the order, the message Authorisation in progress(or words to that effect) appeared in the top left of the screen and then it just went onto the PRI Racing homepage. :?

At the very least I would have expected to see a confirmation of order screen and/or to have received an automated email of some description, but alas nothing.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Rill - if you email the shop from the website - I am sure the guys that run the shop will be able to confirm what has happened.

You should be able to log in on there and go into 'my account' and see previous orders to get the order number and the current status.
