I feel the need to roll the beema out for more drifty goodness. Has anyone been to a Javelin event like this before? Its very cheap and I believe they have a good rep.

Yes I went on 24th March - it was a really good day. If the Cob was working, I'd be going to this but new engine's still not in. :(

Lots of run-off, big twisty course - think roughly a thousand times bigger than the Snetterton drift course (!) ok well maybe not a thousand times but at least 20 times bigger. Their course photographer the day I went was abysmal but there a really good feel to the day & everyone is very friendly.

Hope that you have fun. I'm going to either 14th July or 11th August (or both).

Cool. Is everyone there to drift? It also goes on about a slalom? Dont know if they are timing it or anything. Just want to hang the bim and not focus on going fast (mainly because that would be a waste of time in an E36 325 anyway :) )

It's two on the track at once, the next person goes on as you're on the last few corners. The slalom just means that it's a twisty track - they put cones out to create corners.
No timing goes on & it's really relaxed. It's not a terribly fast track, so no drifting rounds corners at 70mph (well maybe!). There is a tight section that, if you've got the power, you can get the back end out but it's prob more suited to 7-Types to demonstrate how they hold the corners.

The gallery section on the Javelin site gives a bit of a better idea how it's designed.

You can see the final half of the track ahead to the right of the Supra - big twisty bends with a couple of cones & much run-off.

I'm contemplating doing one of these DriftAcademy days at Silverstone in July or August ( as soon as I've done 1500 miles to my new engine)

I did a driftskool day at Silverstone ATC last year. Was 180GBP, access to quite a few instructors and 2 S13s, one welded one open. I preferred the open diff :?
