Newbie here

Post by SirCharles »

Hi all, just a quick hello from me.

I'm charles or charlie, from out near lowestoft. I drive a nissan pulsar gti-r, a bmw m3 evo convertible and an mcc smart city coupe. I was told about the forums by a friend of mine (cannit).

I'm a technically minded "have a go" kind of person, looking to soon change my pulsar for an fd3s aimed mainly as a track car. I've had the pulsar for about four years now, and want to find a blown up fd as a project.

I came to snetterton last night with cannit, spoke to a couple of fd owners too, gareth? and ollie?. It seems I already know a few of you people too... from the old days!

Anyway, thats it for now!

Charles

Hi Charles - welcome to BigPower.

Last night was a heck of a laugh, I hope the members and BP users made you feel welcome. It is always intimidating not knowing many people but we are generally a freindly bunch :D

It will be good to watch a FD finally make it onto the track here :thumb:

Thanks for the warm welcome,

Ben, I remember speaking to you last night. I'll make sure I get along to the next meet wherever it happens to be, to put a few more faces to names!

With regard to the FD, my aim is for a very lightweight, moderately powerful car, with focus towards handling and track use. I should mention I'm a bit of an enthusiast when it comes to the rx, my dads had an fd for nearly 7 years now, so I'm fairly familiar with the things! I have much love for the rotary engine!!
