woohoo - macs works fine and dandy. (admittedly using windows on it through parallels)

Current Map downloaded and I am back in business :D

DataLogging works too, although without wideband at the moment due to the lack of a serial port on the mac, but that will be sorted shortly.

dynamix wrote:Took the car up to Area 52 to get the oil leak fixed today. All done nicely, it was the front crank seal which had not seated properly when the oil pump was installed. thanks Mike, Jase, Dan and Mark.

Anyway, all done now and happy bunny. :D

Apart from ..... at the end of doing the work up there we moved the car outside and whilst Mike, Jase and I were inside talking the normal bollocks, some theiving scum made off with my mapping laptop that was on the passenger seat.

In itself the laptop is worthless being a steam driven old thing, but it had all my maps, the history of the maps, road dyno runs and lots of other useful information that is impossible to replace.

The c**ts :x
Soz to hear about your lap top Dunk, we (Aberdeen Scoobies) have a charity thing going for the local sick kids in hospital over xmas we go out and buy loads of toys nintend wii`s, tv`s and things that kids like, two days ago some thieving toe rag stole one of the wii`s from the sick kids ward (this is the second one to be stolen ) , funny thing is this is a secure ward where it can only be opened from the inside, so its looking like some thieving pikey who has a sick kid inside has made off with it

Makes you wonder if chopping their hands off isn't such a bad idea :x
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!

Is it OK to run around with comp nos. on? MSA take a very dim view, to and from their events.

As far as I am aware, that is why they are not on the door cards this year and placed instead on the rear windows like Rally Cars where they have to use the public highway.
