Have to concur on the undertray, that really does look like a quality bit of kit. Will be interesting to hear your thoughts on it and whether you reckon it's made a good difference in relation to the added weight. How easily does it come off - for example could you do some timed laps, swing into the pits and then go out without it to do a direct comparison?

love s2000s and this ones top drawer.

On the ECU front I know nothing about Hondas but I can't recommend my Syvecx highly enough. I don't know if they do one for the s2000 but can make a call to ryan (who is one of the designers/owners and also mapped my car on it) if you like. Could prob get you a "price" on it too if they do one.

Cheers for the offer but got the ecu sorted. I drive the car hard at all times and I always feel the car is light at speed the rear spoiler has made a big difference but I'm hoping the undertray with work even better with the spoiler. A few weeks ago before the spoiler I was doing some logging in 4th gear it was damp out but it spun up hard at about 8.5k rpm. That was a brown pants moment. The car use to lift badly at speed and it made me uneasy with it.

Anyway decided to chop my boost pipe around as wasn't happy with it. Just waiting on a new loom to be made for the new ecu so car can't be used at the moment plus its shite outside. I basically cocked up as I made this piece in one which meant I had to take the bumper off to take the pipe off. So I have cut it in half and made it fit better,

My inline pro diff kit should be here next week. I am having my wheel spacers machined next week, 10mm front and 15mm rear. Brings the offset of the wheels down to 45mm front and 50mm rear. Should look better and I can get some larger calipers under the oem wheels.

Also made a few changes to the exhaust just to sort some fitting issues I had with the person who fitted it.

With my diff kit I also have a FBM 74mm throttle body coming. I have got a spare inlet manifold so I can port it so it has full flow with the tb. I will fit this after I've got it mapped so I can see any improvements.

January and February are going to be busy months with the car and work is manic on top of that so got to try and squeeze it all in.

The pallet from America came today. Had to sort it out as there wasn't just my stuff on there.

I have now got my new rear end kit. Driveshafts and propshaft looks great. I forgot to take any pictures of the diff mounting brackets and the new 74mm tb. It should aid for air flow into the engine as the stock one is about 62.8mm at the smallest point and the new one is 74mm at the smallest point.

I also haven't taken pictures of the flanges that bolt to the shafts. Also it has new hubs as they use larger splines that I have to swap out with new extended studs.

Taking the 300zx NA diff to have the new quaife LSD put in it as I just can't be bothered to do it myself as I have enough to do to the car before its mapped after Xmas. Oh and my girlfriend has brought me a new large capacity diff cover for Xmas.

I will put some more pictures up tomorrow.

I've never thought a prop looked nice before (other than Gary's carbon one!) Cool!

I take it the titanium tipped exhaust is someone else's then?

Yeah it is but it's a piece of shit. He was sold it as a used 3" hks but it been hacked about badly. Even I could weld it together better than it has been. Think he's going to scrap it. He is coming down Sunday to get all his bits. He's got a ford 8.8 diff to put in his.

Mustang?

I love the degree of custom work that goes on with these. The amount of adaptive work that goes on, with one manufacturer's bits being frankensteined across to fit the S2k is impressive I think.

You made me laugh with the exhaust welding

Yeah I think it is. Only certain years and certain models tho.

Yeah I love the fact that you they have made lots of parts fit, makes it even more fun and stops the japs from ripping you off for aftermarket parts. Be nice to find a Toyota supra tt gearbox code v160 as there is a package to make that fit the car. That's my weak link now apart from the clutch but that's a wear part anyway.
