yes there for the mk1,
i'l have a think whilst im away chilling in france next week , they might even get the tyres taken off and powder coated as there is a local lad doing wheels really cheap, i think orange paint and white wheels is a winner bright blue is a bit to brave but it might work

They are a proper old skool wheel, so I'm sure there'll look cool as long as the colours are nt too outlandish. Are there any photoshop ninjas on here?

1st day of work began on jaffa today , i tried the wellers on and bloody hell we have a little bit of 'poke'

with the rears on aswell it did look very cool and will do when it dropped on its arse but its not a show car so im not sure if the little wellers will be staying with me.

well after that i looked at the 3 complete wiring looms i seem to have with the car and set about tying my luck , there is not a single wire in this car or there was not until today , after working out what was what (well kind off) i started threading wires and plugs through the bulkhead plugged the headlights in and wipers (god only knows what all the others do :) ) then into the fuse box , plugged headlight switch/ hazzards/ all wires around steering ,clocks etc
then it was judgment day earthed a battery to the chassis and connected it up and to my amazment there was no crackles/smoke/explosions
looked inside and the clock was working on the clocks , bloody ell i thought do i risk turning the key , whoop whoop we have headlights and wipers
no rear lights yet and no hazzards (just a loud arggghhhhh type buzz) or indicators but this may be because fronts are not fitted yet :D
electrics are really not my bag and its the job im dreading the most so im feeling pretty chuffed with myself today , at least it might be easier/cheaper if i get a loom actually in and someone messes around with a few bits i cant sort out
Image

once i get it somehwere near i can then set about ripping all the wires i dont need out of the loom like heater , stereo etc....
