i used to do shotakan karate, i made it upto bromn belt second dan wish never gave it up.
my sensay was john richards he was a vilant sod got banned from compertions
cuz he was just dangerious. for the fun of he would kick you in the balls
just to see if you had your groinboxer on :oops:
