If it was left down to landlords then they wouldnt have made the decision because they dont want to stop any potential customers. And frankly why should smokers have the option of giving ME cancer when I dont have the option of avoiding it unless I avoid the place altogether. Alot of small villages only have one pub or restaurant and it makes total sense to me.
