Thing is, it's a balance between what the rings, cams and bearings need - all of which are different
I can only hope that your tuner is experienced with TotalSeal rings and that you're not using them on a powerful turbocharged engine.
My best advice would be to take them out and fit proper rings before you cost yourself an engine like I did !!
I would rather have chocolate piston rings than TotalSeal.
