Good choice! 996 Turbos are awesome cars. Daz still has his heavily tuned one and whenever I drive it I jump out impressed. Seriously quick cars.

Not sure as he's not had it on the rollers. He reckons 550-600 with the spec of the turbos etc he's running and that sounds about right. When we run it out with my gtr it fucks off while the gtr finds some boost, the gtr then reels it in, and repeat... Amazingly well stacked gears. Charlie who owns surrey rolling road has similar spec to Daz but I can't remember what he said it made on the rollers... :(

Had some dissapointing news.... NineExcellance have told me that there is a delay on the turbo's and they might not be ready in time for my return on the 1st August!

As i am only in the country for the month of August I don't want to risk not having a car to abuse so we have made the decision to just do all the suspension, brakes modifications and go with the milltek exhaust and a stage 2 chip, intercoolers and Y-pipe and leave the engine work for once i'm out of the UK.

Gutted is an understatement but i should still have around 500-550bhp, which should be quite fun on track.

Just found out the spec of my car for my return to UK in August.

Full brake package,

- Girodiscs
- Porsche Motorsport Calipers Front And rear
- RS29 pads

Full suspension,

- Pss10s
- Full RSS Tarmac set up
- Oz wheels C/W 888 19"
- 9E Geo set up

Engine

- Milltek
- Stage 2 remap
- IPD
- GT2RS intercoolers (unless they can get the full y-pipe system there in time including the 5 x 14 inch intercoolers).

Interior

- Steering wheel C/W paddles (same configuration as a CSL) instead of the buttons.
- Seats will be fitted.

Will be doing the rest of the engine and gearbox mods once i leave the UK.

Pictures to follow shortly.

At least by doing the upgrades in stages each time you drive it it should feel like a new car. Look forward to seeing this beauty out on track.

Picked up car and loving it.... it handles like a go kart and i can't wait to get it on track.

It has about 500-510 with the re-map and exhaust.
