The tyre rules work very well in sprinting, so I doubt that there will be too many 'serious' complaints. It's no different to free choice of suspension, brakes and cars after all.

The tyres I keep reading good things about happen to be one of the cheaper ones anyway....Silverstone FTZ RR :nod:

Where can I get an electric cattle prodder from as I think i'm going to need something to keep Al in check. Either that or a tasser should do the job:willy_nilly:

We're ready now. Still got some plans and changes for the car to be done, but it's all go. Alan's new helmet came last week and we should be getting his new race suit in a week or two.

So...where are we?

Registration form sent in
Alan's new helmet has arrived
New race suit will be bought in the next 2 weeks
Trailer booked for all rounds
Holidays booked from work
Sponsors have lists of all dates/rounds

To Do
Change alternator
New undertray/splitter to be made
Sort out wheel/tyre combinations
Refurb 3rd set of alloys
Test radiator
Make changes to suspension (still to decide what)
New rear pads (would like discs but that will have to wait)
Bit more mapping

Everything else is on the wish list;)
