Love the front 'splitter' and knowing how that links up with the arch extensions I think that you've made the right decision. The door cards looks ace and the Berg cup additions are spot on.

Know what you mean about dreaming.............my shopping list has gone silly today. More of that in my own project thread (the one where nothing actually happens :) )

Do you reckon you'll get the arches on this week?

well it will be out in june as its gti international at bruntingthorpe
we need a monthly meet
its not my garage i rent it but its very local to me which is handy, i love it there

maybe mate, im waiting on trim to be delivered (a rubber bead to go around the arches as im bolting them on)
and paint, im going to paint them black first though just to see what there like, if it looks a bit poop i'l do then orange

There is a kind of meet at Santa Pod on the 18th.........that's if anyone turns up :)

I think either colour for the arches will look good but the orange will look awesome. Will you be able to punch them out like Hayot's silver and black monster?(the vents) Remind me again Trev; did you achieve the wider track purely through offset?

yes purely through offset but i will be using a stub axle spacer on the rear around 15/20mm
i want vents but i recon i will fuck them up so not at the moment
these arches are temporary all going to plan the new ones will be vented

Promise me you're going to do those little stantion things that ties the arch to the body.........oo yeah, and those side sill extensions too :D

Nice work in actualy turning the burg dream into reality. Good on yer mate! Its going to be awesome.:thumbs: Your biggest problem for the future as i see it will be seeing through the dribble left on your windows after its been left in any meet paddock!:D

not much progress to report this weekend so far as im waiting for my paint and front air dam spoiler thingy to turn up which should hopefully be with me next week or it will be tight getting the car to gti international
i fitted an air vent into the poly today though after messing around with the pulsar
