I'd hold on to them. No sense in flogging something for next to cock all and then find yourself short later on. They could always be your drift set anyway

Today i went outside to mend the broken droplink bracket again, however a massive piece of it was missing :/

As you can see one of the metal arms nearest us on the strut is missing. so bollocks to it, just loosely cabletied the droplink out of the way for now until i get my new suspenion
roll on tomorrow

Update, i collected the GTR wheels today from Matt at Eddys garage
had fun trying to get them all in the car, but the drive back was the most interesting! i had one of the wheels in the boot, because the boot lid couldnt close i had to bungee it shut, however with that massive drag on the back the car wouldnt go past 60
such a weird feeling whilst driving.
thanks to Eddy fo the advice regarding what to do next with the clutch master/slave cylinder and also the top up of power teering fluid, the car now finally auto centers itself and is alot more stable.
Photos to come tomorrow of the wheel test fitting.

The wheels have been offered up and wow

Somehow i don't think i'll get away with running 225's on the front

a couple of cheap things i'll be doing is blacking the calipers as red looks gash with the wheels. also be making new droplinks, and saving up to get a new master and slave cylinder before the coilovers

Do the wheels actually rub though? If they don't, I wouldn't worry mate. The other option is to run more camber (if it's adjustable)
The wheels look great as I knew they would. The colour is ideal for the blue paintwork; you must be chuffed. What size tyres was it that you wanted Dan?

Diameter and width wise yes, they are too big for the fronts. these are 225/50 and if i was to stick with stock suspension i'd ideally need 205/40 or 205/45 as per the OEM set up or with coilovers i could get away with 215/40 or 215/45 which is what i currently have on the other wheels, but of course the offsets are different

Haha you have no idea how chuffed i am with these
