Dan, Dan, Dan...........
There is no need for you to buy an auto unless you specifically want one. They really change the driving experience and I think an auto, NA (i.e. 240hp), 1600kg car will soon be an anti climax. Sure it will look the part, although the example you've just linked to doesn't ;) , but the driving experience will be so much more blunt than a manual one.

I've just taken 5 minutes to have a look on mkivsupra.net and found a 3 litre manual, with teins, buddy club exhaust, lovely JDM wheels in white for

Had a look through those links Ben, they certianly are awesome and for the price they are you can't argue with it :D thanks for sharing.

Didn't realise that was an auto i posted Stu, but i agree it'll be a waste of time having one. dads gallant was so numb to drive and took forever to change up a gear. and i'll certainly be fussy over what supra to get as by then i should have a good amount saved up coupled with the MR2's sale price. A manual aero top is a definate :smash: in blue or white would be an additional bonus. :D

Glad everyone see's this as a positive step, it's helping me in making my mind up to sell the MR2 and move on to bigger and better things.

Dan, seriously though chap .. get a turbo and not the N/A .. normally aspirated will soon bore you as it's an awfully heavy car and needs to tubbies to propel it.

Paying a little bit more now with the right spec will save you in the long run.

I regret buying a standard GTR ... ok I have the bonus that I know what is fitted, how old it is etc but I've had the expense of buying it all ... more than I paid for the car, maybe even double what I paid for the car actually.
