Great to see everyone having a ball - rob, that 106 was VERY close ... not sure how I can explain what I actually saw apart from his desire to have your wing mirror and front wing as an ornament!.

This was my third trackday with opentrack, and certainly not my last. As everyone else has said was a superb, well organised and fun day. I really enjoyed it and can't believe the value -

:DWell that was good fun!!!:D

Had some slippery moments in the morning (thankfully) with a nice clear track but slowly managed to improve my entry and exit speeds. My only off, being a small run onto the dirt on the exit from the Esses.

Overall the day was very enjoyable with plenty of track time for everyone!
This was my first day with Open track and I was impressed how well organized everything was

Many thanks everyone for the kind words.

To be honest both me and Phil were bricking the snow not melting away ...however it was a great day all in all. First of all many thanks to everyone ( almost ) for keeping there cars "on the track' in the morning, as you say it was as slippy as a slippy thing, but in the afternoon it was like a summers day even the temp got up to 10 degrees .

Snetterton is our "local" track and we have always had a good time doing events there and find it funny that some people think it is the other end of the world. One couple came from Warickshire and it took them just over two hours to get there in the morning, and we even had people down from Tyne and Wear.
When people have done it we find they will come back there again and have another go.

Many thanks go as well to the marshals stuck out on the track all day at least it was nice weather for them but thanks all the same .

We will be back at Snetterton towards the end of the year but first we will be at Bedford Autodrome using the 4.2 mile Gt Circuit in February and then Cadwell Park in March .These dates are followed by Angelsey in April the date is yet to be sorted but will be don in a few days.

We are doing a "winter warmer" price for Bedford and Cadwell both days for just

Glad all you had a good day at Snetty and that the track conditions didnt spoil any ones day :)

Getting itchy feet again so hopefully sooner rather than later I will be able to get on doing the Fiat ready for the track, but work is frantic at the moment so it is just sitting there.
Anyway good start to the year so lets hope its a good one for all. :cheers2:

The link that you've used was great John. Our footage looked even quicker with all of that high revving, sequential geared stuff which always helps!

I have to admit to my self imposed 'off' in the other clip, but the sneaky sod didn't upload the various occasions on the day when I managed to pull away from him :) All's fair in love, war and keyboard bashing I guess.
