Yesterday Bart had a busy day planned. He was driving down to Bristol in my Fronty to help a friend take an engine out of his car as Bart was buying it from him. The only thing I had to do was pick Bart up at 6 am. Simple..........
When I came to leave the key wouldn't turn in the ignition:mad:. After an hour of trying everything got it started, flew over to pick Bart up and returned to mine to decide what to do, if he couldn't turn the car off he couldn't collect his engine. By this point i'm stressed, tired and had a thumping headache and the only thing Bart had to say when we got back to mine was turn it off and put the kettle on:chillpill:
Tea in one hand and a couple of tools in the other he headed out to the car and in 2........yes 2 minutes without damaging my car he had bypassed the ignition and had the car started:bart:
I did warn him that if he got pulled by the police that i would be asleep and wouldn't be answering my phone:smilielol5:
His reply to that was:headhack:
Seriously though... 2 minutes, it was 2 degrees outside and his tea didn't have time to chill let alone get cold.
All in a day for Bart
Nothing to do with a colourful childhood then?
( Bart's past coming in handy for once)
Anyway, I always thought that method of starting a car was known as the 'Birmingham bump start' anyway :thumb:
Once again Team TNT triumphs. Onwards and upwards eh.
