here is a link to teh AEMC regs for last years championship, this gives you an outline to each class and the main regs for them.

Oh and for getting your safety gear Lee, best to join the MSA first and get your licence then you'll get the "BLue Book" which has all the stuff you need and the regs it has to pass.

I think from 2010 they are not allowing teh use of a Proban suit so it needs to be Nomex, there are circa

Misses is getting something new and if i help out it becomes something i can use for sprinting and to use on the next ring trip.
Not many options really tho possibly a type R.

The MSA link is correct for your licence :)

At a pinch you can use JISC form for HCC but the champ. is probably not being run this year, not in that format anyway.

You can join Harrow Car Club, as you'll need a club membership to enter sprints anyway.
