Then engine out to fit new sump fit reverse manifold with heat reducing spacers, try and get intercooler pipes shorter. And may twist the turbo.

I'm planning on doing similar MSA sprints next year & also going to do the Toyota Sprint Series too. Not sure if i'm going to do as many MSA rounds as last year, but certainly got some events that have to be done.
It's going to be interesting, us 4WD Japboxes being in our own B4 class.

As i mentioned here before Sevenoaks Motor club have been trying to organise a sprint on part of the old Crystal Palace race circuit (they hosted sprints here in '98 & '99). Unfortunatley Bromley Council are being very difficult & will not commit to anything going forward. So the club have a massive outlay to repair part of the track, erect armco Etc & Bromley counci refuse to give any commitment to SDMC for the same event in future years. So SDMC are strugling to make the event break even treating it as a "one off" event.
So there won't be a sprint at the Palace in 2009 :( but as far as i know negotioations are going to carry on & hopefully get it sorted for 2010.

Sparco front cage, 4 point with door bars and custom rear cage.

Is that likely to cause me issues?

Shouldn't do unless the a-pillar bars have a dog-leg to go around the dash?

Spot on bars are staright as car doesnt have a dash as such.

Class structures, hows it work then???

Fair point.

I reckon a normal M3 could do it. or at least buying one at 12-14k and spending a bit on it will make it as good as a CSL for loads cheaper.

Whats a BV8, not an MGB surely???

Class structures are determined by engine capacity and whether is roadgoing, modified roadgoing, single seaters, kit cars and a couple of other odd ball classes.

If you read the regs for each class here that will tell you.

Likely to be busier next year but will probably do some RAFMSA events.

Has there been an MSA decision on cages for B3 yet?

Andy
