Vids from November's Dyno Day @ APT

Post by Danny@APT »

A couple of videos I took on the day. Excuse the sound quality- it's only a digital camera and the dyno fan is bloody noisy!

Jason's (Blackskygtr) Skyline-

And for those who didn't stay behind......

Gary's glowing manifold :D -

If you need something shooting, or a payload to low earth orbit. Just ask.

Glad you like it :D - I had loads of hassle getting Windows Movie Maker to work correctly.

I thought Chris would've recorded it as well, but he'd already packed away his stuff. Though from what I hear we'd still be waiting to see it next year, LOL.

Yup i have decided not to put her on the road till April / May next year. I have a couple more bits to put on and get Gary to do another mapping session before she is ready to really be tested.

Thanks again for the vid though Its always nice to hear her at full chat every now and again.

PMSL no of course not :x :x :x

I think the simple issue of a change of exhaust will fix that. I am keen to see what it is capable of though.
I have said from the start that i have always wanted to show what APT has done with the RB lump This was pretty much scratch specced and built by them and with the exception of the turbo has been a leap of faith for me. Whilst i know there is always a risk when you push these things hard i would dearly love to have all the guys there made proud of what THEY have acheived given the relatively small budget ( in the grand scheme of skyline tuning).
Realistically 650 will prob be the most but thats still an enormous figure. There are an awfull lot of skylines out there "Claiming" 600 + but to show it on Gary's Dyno would be a different matter. As another poster has already said.
I am so chuffed to have found them when i did and have them stood by me and the car over the years.
Well rant over now gonna watch it again LOL

He tried to view it at work today, but streaming media/photobucket is blocked. lol

You may have to put up with it on a constant loop at home instead. I'll apologise now.
