Kim suddenly adopted rocket power and went from mediochre...
Mediocre? A bit harsh...
Gerry, Kim had the same car last year and won 5 championships
I won two championships last year, second in another and took class in the fourth entered. Bentwaters was not my finest hour but I had won a few before that.

John Start won 5 titles the year before I think.

My view is that Evos are better out of the box and easier to drive at the limit - all that electronic stuff certainly makes me look good.

I'm taking nothing from Kim but he didn't have any real competition with you and John out of the way.

He drives a darn sight quicker since you two have been pushing each other IMO

Mediochre was a relative term and certainly didn't mean anything by it :)

I'm sure you'll agree that you're pushing a lot harder with Logan in the Evo this year? Whereas he was off the scene after Goodwood in '07

I'm just trying to get my head around why I seem to be getting slower while everyone else is quicker. It can't all be down to age.

We'll see what happens on Saturday. Last year Kim beat me by 0.71 secs. but he only got in one clear run.

I was .2 secs better on the 0 - 60
Kim was 0.24 up on the split
Kims terminal was 90mph while mine was 96mph

So confirming the power/handling differences. IMO

Just get an Evo Gerry and go chase Kim and Logan in B3.
