When checking the oil and water etc, ( which I do regularly) I discovered that the water in the rad was very low. So I topped it up and it took about 3 litres of fluid so I decided to look underneath and saw coolent pissing out under the rear of the engine. Upon investigation it seems that its on of the turbo cooling pipes at the rear of the engine that is leaking (The one at the rear of the 3 pipes in the pic with the brown marks on it)
Bloody awkward place to get to but I have been told by a friend that works for MGT that if I get it up on a lift and take off the front prop and move the starter motor, that I can get to it. I am hoping that it is the rubber pipe that is the problem as these only need to be replaced with a reinforced hose i.e fuel pipe or similar and not a Nissan only pipe like the hard ones.
All I need to do now is find a lift and get it to it without it damaging anything by losing all it's coolent.
