It means you have connected at just under 2Mb and it's taken 57milliseconds to connect to the test site at maidenhead at a distance of greater than 50miles from you.
In comparison to the same test site mine takes 12milliseconds (latency) to connect at greater than 50miles from me.
Nothing to do with the speed of your broadband, more to do with how quick BT's servers connect and how much traffic is in the way.
