on the Rodelbahn
June 27th - June 30th
All of the problems were self inflicted Matt.
2) My tyres were catching on the GTR, so much so that I needed to roll the arches on the back to avoid contact with a scaffold pole to stop my tyres getting shredded.
3) The car then went into permanent rear wheel drive due to an electrical fault. Not ideal when confidence was ebbing.
4) Got hit so hard in a go-kart that I seriously thought I'd got whiplash.
5) On the aforementioned Rodelbahn I came off near the bottom after hitting someone who was standing too close. I was travelling at some speed and got concussed with cuts, grazes etc to the face. Off to hospital for Xrays, within 2 hours couldn't open my jaw. Following lots of hours of piss taking and wanting to kill certain members of the party, decided I would keep schtum and get home without saying much else (not that I had a choice)
After 3 further Xrays in the UK and 6 months of serious discomfort was given the all clear. I have been told that the slight swelling around my left temple is permanent. As you can see, my next trip needs to improve.

Stu, Jay is taking the Golf after getting a brand new exhaust system fitted from Simpsons ( it is now lower than 95db ) , we then took it to Pete Baldwin's rolling road..........215 BHP :-D
Stu, we are going out with all of our spares on Fri 14th - 17th ready for the "Open Throttle Season" , we will also give it a little shake down with the new tyres ( R888 ) thats of course if the weather is kind to us.
If you are coming over just strap youself in Stu and he will take you for as many laps as you want........ :thumb:

Just had confirmation that 1 of my mates is deffo going, so thats handy.
I then spoke to another mate on the way home and he is gonna book the ferry tomorrow, now that he knows someone else is going. He'll be trailering his M3 over though, so will be going a little slower on the way there.....I'm sure he'll make up for it when he gets there though :!:
