Its Alive........

Post by JC »

Its working again after having spent nearly 4 months in bits

Even Bigger Turbo's, 780cc injectors, gearbox rebuild, removed the rear steering rack, new bellows on all the CV joints, plugs, hoses, twin plate clutch, new fuel lines, lots of powdercoated bits....

And an MOT at 7:00 am tomorrow

Then 4 wheel alignment Saturday at 8:00 am

And the rest of the weekend tuning it....until I get the next piece of kit to get rid of the MAF.

Signed

A happy JC

Passeed ther MOT without any issues, do seem to have a slight oild weep from one on the rocker covers I think...no big issue tho..

How does it feel.... well I'm not really running any boost...not much anyway, just dialed in the size of the new injectors and used the map I had for the last turbo's

they were 13T's, Im now on 19T's.

I had to cut and shut some of the front engine mount and turbo support brackets to get it to fit with the new stainless manifold

Not an issue with my new Tig set

The parts so I can run MAF-less should be with me Monday... I've been told in no uncertain terms what my duties are for the next few weeks anyway...

Maybe it'll be at the next meet...if I have washed all the grease and hand printa off the outside...you should see it
