Belated Marham photos

Post by steveVR6 »

I know it was a long time ago, but a few of us attended the trackday at Marham back in April. The first time I'd ever done an airfield event, but a great day. I had ordered a dvd and a photo disc that has just arrived!! So i thought I'd share a few photos with you all. Also this should give an insight to whoever is doing this event again in September.

I shed a tear looking at that honda with it's wheels turning.

There's more footage of me and Ian on here than on the DVD!!

Just watched DVD and a tad disappointed about the amount (or lack of) footage of our cars.

Well laid out DVD though with a good soundtrack. Quite pleased with the pictures and next time we will have to make sure

we stand out from the crowd to catch their attention!!!! :o

agreed!!

i watched the dvd this afternoon and was quite disapointed in the content.

i span as much as possible to get on the dvd but to no avail.

barely 9 minutes of each day's 6+ hrs of driving was a real surprise.

the photo cd was much better with very good quality resolution pics.

got me in quite a few!!

watching it got me itching to get back out there in september!!

i wont be overtaken so much this time round!!

Is that just run of the mill Duck tape or do I need something special so as not to damage the paint? I recently changed my car and the new one is in immaculate condition so I don't want to risk any chips in September.

If you PM Shooter (Gary @ Refined Reflections) he uses a 3M Scotch tape that does not leave any residue at all and still protects the paint. I would prefer to use that as it will be a much better job in cleaning up afterwards.
