I just bought some clay bar and some proper wax :o (amongst other bits)

Is it contagious ?

How / what can I do to cure myself ?

Will it get worse - will I feel inclined to polish engine parts ?

:D - only joking boys ... the clay bar doesnt half work well ... soooo smooooth 8)

You know it makes sense mate!!

Those clay bars are hard work to do the whole car regulary though!!

If its clean it slips through the air a bit quicker so i can see your tactics ready for TA!

Regularly :o .... I will do the whole car once a year, whether it needs it or not

My car is most often clean but looking forward to it being proper clean.

I think more than once a year, two at most using the clay bar is a bit overkill......mind you Ian has a white car !!!! Nuff said !

I use meguiars quik detailer as the lubricant and only do small area's at a time .. to be honest I run my hand over the surface and when I feel friction I clay bar it ...

If once I've waxed I find area's of friction i'll claybar again then wax again.
