Mmmmmmm

Something intrinsically wrong about that and yet I like it too.....a nice choice of colour and the wheels suit it well in my humble opinion of course.

Does the forthcoming EVO X share the same basic platform/chassis etc as the 8?

That email came on 16th March,

Going by this..........

Since its launch in 1992, the Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution has been building a reputation as the supercar slayer. After nine generations, this vehicle really has proved the theory of evolution. Already a legend, the next incarnation of the Lancer Evolution is set to be the ultimate high performance car.
Prepare to be amazed - again!
The Lancer Evolution X is the most comprehensive and dynamic performance car ever developed by Mitsubishi. It's a vehicle with styling that raises the bar on performance car looks and features innovations that are guaranteed to thrill.
At the heart of the Lancer Evolution X is an all-new all aluminium MIVEC equipped turbocharged 4-cylinder engine - a power train as serious as the flowing lines that surround it. The future Lancer Evolution X will also boast the next generation of Mitsubishi all - wheel drive - Super All Wheel Drive Control, along with the Active Centre Differential and Active Yaw Control systems from previous generations. Combined with Active Braking Control, Active Skid Control and Roll Control Suspension technologies - the Lancer Evolution X will feature one of the most comprehensive and advanced road-holding systems ever. Aluminium roof and body panels will further improve steering and handling to create a car that will be the very embodiment of "driving pleasure".
The new Lancer Evolution X will feature a choice of two transmission systems, a five speed manual and a six automated manual transmission with magnesium steering wheel paddle shifters offering lightning fast, paddle-shift actuated shifting when desired, along with a fully automatic mode. This unit is not a conventional torque-converter automatic transmission, but rather a true auto-capable manual similar to that used on some of the world's most notable performance models.
The Lancer Evolution X will make its global premiere on 11th September 2007 at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
The Lancer Evolution X will be launched in the UK in early 2008

...............I guess around March next year. I believe we actually dont have to specify until after the new year so guessing 10week build this would tally up.

J.
I have issues !!! :ack2:....I used to be average, now I reminisce !!!

How very exciting :thumb:

Are you buying this for personal enjoyment or simply to earn a few quid? I presume demand will outstrip supply?
