you should try a glock 45 we went to pruage (sp) to this gun club in the middle of know where had a go on a few guns and rifles the best kick back and frightening noise come from the clock 45 even after the 44 magnum

It's an elephant gun basically - it's got a bigger round than the Barrett 50 cal but that has a major recoil system.

We use the Glock 17 on the Armed response which is only 9mm, i'm sure they must have a 45 in the armoury somewhere! I'll have to ask next time i shoot!
