A basic 1st aid course would take anything from 4 - 6 hours to be certificated.

I have done a lot of 1st aid teaching over the years and was the 1st aid instructor for the university of Birmingham. This is something that I could on a mates bases i.e. not certificated.
Hopefully get Alan to come a long as this is a big part of his current job.

i have had a word with my boss and i would be able to borrow some

to try it out.
also id be able to bring our first aid training kit to practice bandages/ slings.

Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or hump it, piss on it and walk away!

I am not sure that everyone would be interested in first aid training. ;)

I am sure we could sort out some sort of competition to draw people in i.e

a) Forza2 fastest lap competition.

b) Strip down a specific car part in the quickest time competition.

c) Point of impact competition (a bit like spot the ball ;) )

d) Get Gary pi$$ed quickest competition :D :D

I am sure you guys can come up with some better ideas but I thought I would just chuck a few up in the air.
I may be getting older but I REFUSE to grow up :D
