My machine decided to upgrade this morning to IE7 - what an improvement !!! ...

Never use IE except for website testing - I always use Firefox it is way better.

Think you should have a look at IE7 before you make such a sweeping statement Dunk.

Think they've ripped off firefox and made it better.

Dad has it on his machine, I hate it.

Much prefer IE 6.0.

Mozilla is good though.

I've been using it since Beta1 and I like it. I could never take to firefox.

When I saw the thread title, I expected every reply to be along the lines of - naa, don't use that, Firefoc is better :lol:

I also have used IE7 since early beta and it is very good, if not a little memory hungry with lots of tabs.

Gets a :thumb: from me.

Get fed up of IE6 constantly crashing as well as the apparent lack of security. downloaded Firefox 1.5 ages ago and haven't looked back.

Got Firefox 2.0 a month or so ago which had some nice tweaks to it.

I will download IE7 though, just so see what the fuss is about :lol:

Funny I didn't like firefox much either - first impressions and all that - went running straight back to my old fav :)

I cannot find my original Windows disc (it was installed OE) and therefore cannot update anyway. Happy with Firefox in any case..........This may be more of a factor with Vista next year I guess (integrated features etc)
