Is this the place for such questions??

I'm trying to set up a review cycle for a material requisition form as an interim step before something gets written for our Data Base.

Basically it amounts to a form with an owner and several contributors, one of which gives the OK to purchase, the form then needs to be locked and passed to purchasing, the form owner is notified of any updates and can request other users to contribute...

We got any IT Rocket Scientists on here with this knowledge?

NB as this is an interim step I won't be buying any additional software.

11 people have read this and I would think 11 people closed this thread thinking 'what the hell' ! We do have some clever IT type chaps and I'm sure one of them will be along shortly. In the mean time, did I tell you about that time I overtook an Evo in my old track car.......................? ( my voice fading away as you fall asleep..........)

Yeah...I noticed that...

A Car Forum is not really the place for this but was hoping for one of the IT guys...
Grasping at straws really, didn't know what to do next...
