Can someone pm me how to reset my password as never had to do it before

Just done a few of these what with ebays troubles:
Log in to ebay
Click "account"
Click "personal information"
Click "edit" to the right of the password
Whack in your email address and they will email you a link to reset your password.

Are they in your blocked addresses bit? I just done mine via the app and got the email straight away after I clicked it.

They're having some technical difficulties with the emailing option but if your phone is linked to your eBay account they can text/call it to you instantly.

I,ll have to call them as I simply can,t get any emails from them, I,ve tried all sorts of ways
