Who'd have a Ferrari like that and stick the number plate on like that? Still lovely though.

I'd have a Ferrari like that, then point and laugh as I rocket past an old Escort that's 4k dearer. :D:driving:

The Escort is over priced and that Ferrari isn't that quick or good looking. If you were driving round here in the Escort people would look at the car and say 'Nice'. If you driving round in the Ferrari people would look and say 'Cock'.

It wasn't about the price for me, but it is certainly mint, 50k would get you a similar condition Lancia Delta Evo2.

Escort cossie's were certainly a good investment - they really haven't lost any value.

It is in mint condition but I still dont get it. Ok as an investment it seems like a good idea but why oh why would you buy a car like that from new and then only do 8000miles in 20+ yrs. Buy a Rembrant.

Do you remember that 1978 RS2000 found with something like 70 miles on the clock in a london garage - a lady bought it, drove it home and didn't use it.
