Yeah, I've been watching this

It's on Discovery channel 520, think it repeats on Discovery Turbo as well.

It's a really good watch and not your usual A list celeb crap. For anyone involved in motorsport especially if you run a team it highlights just how hard it is and the real lows and stresses of motorsport.
