Anyone going?
I've just booked the rex onto the track! Never driven Silverstone before and its the full F1 track.
Pretty stoked about driving something that isn't Snetterton!

Looks like a massive show. I've only ever been to Jap specific ones.
So any BP members going?

The Time Attack Pro cars will be at Trax for round 5 of this season.
The last time I went was back in 2007. The only thing about going out on track at these types of events is the driving standards of some people due to the cheap cost of track time.

Yeah I did wonder about that, however they have novice, intermediate and advanced groups going out so will be avoiding the novice groups!
Cheers

It's carnage Chris, well at least the track time is. Regardless of group there will be dick heads trying to willy wave so find some clear track and enjoy it but go super cautious if you are near other cars.......there is no telling where they will go.
Massive show and the venue goes some way to showing how big it is. I drove the GP circuit years ago in a DC2 and found it boring as hell. Some of that was due to the track and some of that was due to the car lacking oomph. You will do well in that respect at least

I remember doing Castle Combe at Japshow and that was carnage, however I gave myself a good amount of space. Ill try and get near the front of the que so I have some clear road

Castle coombe looks bloody mental!
A massive selection of track fails on you tube for that circuit....
although there is some corkers for the ring lol.

I thought it was a shite track to be honest. Basically a ring with a blind corner. Won't bother again!
