Do you need to 'digitize' your business?

Post by Ben »

I'm presently setting up a new line of consultancy building on my knowledge of eCommerce, social media management and desktop support.

If any of you out there have a business that is still using paper systems etc for your back office, I'd be happy to come and review how you are operating and make recommendations on how to help you improve your processes, simplify and integrate systems together.

Also happy to review hardware, mail services etc.

Give me a shout if this sounds like something that could help you.

Also, watch this space as I am launching a new website platform which will enable you to have a top notch high class website without the associated high set up costs.

Nice site, good to see responsive design being used. We are trying to get the boys upstairs using 'new technology', drives me mad when for I work for ecommmerce company which is stuck in the dark ages.

I work for a e commerce company in Norwich, we are in the retail sector with the focus on sales rather than keeping with the curve technology wise, long term I think its going to hurt us. The e commerce platform we use is like heroin, its bad for us but we cant give it up. I am developer so most of my time is spent fighting fires and trying to get the latest money spinning white elephant to fly. Having said that I do actually really enjoy working there as its relatively small company and if you work hard you make a difference.

You have a great portfolio Ben, I may need to pick your brain sometime if I may :)
