What a great car from the best era in touring cars, imho. A rearly good read, it's nice to be able to follow an iconic cars history. Top find:thumbs:

cheers for the post mate was a really good read:hurray:

even thow the touring cars were refered to as "RS500" there were actually not.
the shells were FORD 909 motorsport shells and they only had to look like the RS500
so tickford shiped out the parts they needed like,
front bumper and splitter
rear lower and upper spoiler
8 injection fuel system
turbo and intercooler

sorry thats the nerd stuff over with:headhack:
loved these cars going round birmingham.
andy rouse was the guy i admired the most, he was a fanominal enginer
plus he didnt care about keeping his cars clean as long they went like stink:smilielol5:
