Good Builders in Norwich area for garage

Looking to have a brick 6m x 9m double garage built.
Can anyone recommend a good (cheap) builder?
'51 Chevy rat rod pickup - zz4 350ci v8, TH350 box, Jag IRS LSD rear, camaro clip, boxed rails........really should upgrade the brakes

Kevin Turner (Kev@tkl on here) is a decent builder. You get what you pay for Dave as you know so go steady with guys that are super cheap; have they got any public liability? Why are they
